Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest level of service and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee equal to 10% of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the card on file.
